REPETITION. / CHANGE is the newest piece in the current collection, and began its life as a Boyce Motometer - an early automobile radiator gauge. The piece soon seemed to leave the road, as it were, and enter the water. It feels distinctly Captain Nemo-like, a nautical divination device. This piece is truly dual-sided, having no front and back, and it undergoes a dramatic sea-change when held to the light.
