Neckpiece:
A QUESTION OF GRAVITY.

GRAVITY came about when I found three spoons in a goodwill
that were so worn from use that I was astonished;
they were pitted and eroded at the ends dramatically.
I held the three together to create a niche and the piece was
off and running. I mounted the teeth as a dentist would in a mouth,
by creating metal posts that insert into the porcelain, to be cemented in place.

The twine was indigo-dyed by my good friend Adele Outteridge in Brisbane.
