The first sculptural object I made as an Australian resident, this piece has
never been publicly shown, and only offered once before for sale.
It is easily wall-mounted with a nail, there being a loop of wire incorporated
into the back of the piece.

The object is filled with movement, caused by vibration or passing air currents. In particular, the light-bulb suspended in the center of a watchspring quivers with every ambient disturbance. The curious Australian banksia nut, resting in the hanging cup, seems to bristle with heavy-lidded eyes from its cradle.
